3. Cancellations & Refunds
- You can cancel any time– you’ll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds aren’t normally given unless required by law.
- For companies and institutions, different cancellation terms apply (set out in their agreement with us).
4. Using Career Rocket
- Use our tools and content for your own learning– not for copying, reselling, or sharing outside of your account.
- Don’t misuse the platform (e.g. by hacking, disrupting, or sharing logins).
5. Our Content
- Everything on Career Rocket is owned by us (or licensed to us).
- You’re welcome to use it for your learning, but you can’t copy, republish, or distribute it without permission.
6. Service Availability
- We aim to keep things running smoothly, but sometimes updates or downtime may happen.
- Features may change or improve over time.
7. Responsibility & Liability
- We do our best to make Career Rocket accurate and useful, but we can’t guarantee it will always be perfect.
- We’re not responsible for indirect losses (like lost profits or opportunities).

- Corporate and Institutional Accounts: Cancellation terms will be subject to the agreement between Career Rocket and the organisation.
- Free Accounts: You may stop using your account at any time.
5. Use of Services

- Share login details with unauthorised users.
